Teddidogs reserves all intellectual property which arises in the course of provision of the services.

Teddidogs must be credited in writing if images of works produced appear on stage or screen. 

By placing an order with Teddidogs, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorise Teddidogs to produce the products on your behalf.  You grant Teddidogs the right to copy, modify, distribute, use and create derivative works of any content you have supplied for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Moreover, you warrant that you have sufficient rights to permit Teddidogs to copy, distribute, use, modify and create derivative works of any supplied content for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 

Work on your order will not begin until payment has been received. As all Teddidogs products are made to order,  orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Sometimes however amendments can be made to the final product, which may incur a fee. 

We cannot guarantee a dispatch date and delivery times are subject to third party couriers and postal services. 

Edwina Ellis will not be held liable for future legal action, for example for third party claims arising from the use of goods supplied. 

Lead times are subject to change. 

Work on your order will not be commenced until full payment or purchase order number has been received.

Due to the process of hand-making toys, measurements are not exact and may vary slightly.

Customers are liable for any customs or import charges for items sent outwith the UK.

This contract shall be governed by English law.
